Education: MBA (Marketing) or equivalent in business related field from a recognized top national/foreign business school
Experience:8 to 10 years of experience in FMCG sector
 
Age Limit: Upto 45 Years 
 
Required Skills: Sales planning, trade marketing, Negotation Skills, Marketing knowledge of beverages & modern trade 
 
 Job Responsibilities:
- Complete knowledge of the business of different products.
 
- Complete ownership of primary and secondary target across all categories.
 
- Formulate & lead implementation of plans to achieve annual and volume channel & profit target.
 
- Coaches and develops the team to create succession for future role & retention of talents.
 
- Responsible for top and bottom line.
 
- Implenet national sales programs by developing field sales action plan.
