Position Title:Manager HSE
Position Based In:Muzaffargarh - Punjab
Employer / Client’s Detail:Leading Oil & Gas Company
Gender: Male
Education:Candidates possessing an Engineering degree, preferably in Chemical Discipline with professional certification in HSE, Occupational Health Management, HAZOP and IMS.
Experience:Candidates should possess about 20 years of experience in chemical, oil and gas or fertilizer industry with at least 5 years as Head of HSE in a large organization preferably with multiple locations. Experience of implementing and enforcing IMS, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, NEQs, HSE Best Practices, HAZOP is essential.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Managing the Corporate HSE function of the Company.
- Promoting and ensuring compliance with all relevant HSE and IMS regulations, policies and standards at all locations of the Company nationwide.
- Institutionalization of HSE best practices.
- Review and update Emergency Response Plans, Business Continuity Plans and Process Safety Procedures.
- Conduct HSE audits, risk assessments and incident investigations. Implement and monitor Incident Reporting Systems.
- Develop training programs and provide training to employees on HSE and IMS.
- Proactively review and make improvements in operations, practices, SOPs, etc.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure their compliance with Company Safety Regulations and Standards.
