Education:B.Sc. Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
Experience:12 years of experience in managing Pharmaceutical/Beverages plant and equipment and managing technology development projects to improve productivity and efficiency of Pharmaceutical/Beverages manufacturing units.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- To plan for plant maintenance and technological development keeping in view vision and objectives of the Company.
- To lead execution and process monitoring, evaluate & continuously develop and improve the operations.
- To lead the execution of all projects and ensure their timely completion within budgets.
- To co-ordinate with machine suppliers and ensure best equipments and services at competitive cost.
- To develop a team for smooth, safe and cost effective operations.
- To be a contributing member of the overall operations and develop strong and effective relationships with the team.
