Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will be responsible for sales forecasting, develop strategies for business development and sales growth in the region, active relationship management with key accounts, motivating & developing a dynamic sales force, manage teams for organizational objectives & personal development of staff, handling logistics activities of the region.
• Applicant must possess strong analytical and negotiation skills, ability to influence and encourage and achieving desired outcomes with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
