Experience:10+ years experience in managing real estate matters.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Attend to children at child care center.
- To ensure consolidation of the purchased land.
- To ensure proper execution of agreements with respect to all documentation required for sales and purchase deed of lands.
- To maintain & continuously upgrade knowledge of governmental regulations, proposed and adopted municipal, state and federal legislation and their effects to the business.
- Attend meetings of other governmental agencies at which matters pertaining to the project.
