Experience:4 to 5 years work related experience
- Responsible for assessing dietary habits and creating individualized diet plans for all new patients.
- Provide nutritional advice and guidance to all new patients.
- Hold tailored group sessions for nutritional counseling for patients and family members once a month.
- Follow up with refresher sessions for patients every six months.
