Education:MBA / Engineering graduate.

Experience: : Minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Experience on Oracle ERP systems and MS office is must. Experience with Company having handling large Transportation / logistic activities and preparation of Tendering on Logistics will be an added advantage.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Manage Transportation of inventories, count, and verify materials during transportation and handle all recoverable, expendable, consumable and tooling inventories and assets with timely reporting to management.
• Manage material and cranes movement orders and raise prompt and accurate requisitions for Transport services.
• Report discrepancies and shortages in a timely manner during transportation.
• Ensure materials are properly stored and secure in an orderly manner consistent with established Company procedure.
• Handle shipments from port to designated warehouses, as well as shipment from the warehouse to user departments / project sites.
• Ensure hazard materials are properly managed during Transportation.
