Education:MBA or equivalent from a recognized institution. 
Experience:10+ years experience. At least 5 years in hard-core sales and minimum 3 as sales trainer. Must have experience in skill development through in house and outside arrangements.
 
 
 Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- To plan, conduct, coordinate and implement a comprehensive, result oriented and measurable training program for sales personnel, to enhance their skills and knowledge to achieve sales objectives.
 
- To work with the Division/Department Heads to develop the sales training strategy to support the delivery of company priorities and meet operational requirements. 
 
- To produce course materials and other documents such as notes, handouts, manuals and exercises that is necessary to ensure the delivery of high quality training courses.
 
- To review trainee feedback, and evaluate effectiveness of training and course outcomes; identifying areas for improvement.
