Position Title:Managing Director (MD)
Position Based In: Karachi, Pakistan
Employer / Client’s Detail:largest integrated petroleum company
Gender: Male
Education:Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably with Masters in Engineering Or MBA.
Experience:Minimum 25 years experience of managing a large petroleum/chemical Complex, diversified downstream/manufacturing projects and Marketing operations, including at least 5 years as chief executive or Managing director of a conglomerate.
Age Limit: Age should not exceed 58 years with good health.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Managing the group’s diversified petroleum and engineering businesses across Pakistan maintaining its leadership in the industry.
- Plan, organize, control and lead a large, diversified and highly qualified team of engineers and experienced professionals.
- Design and implement short term and long term business and technical strategies to further enhance growth, financial return and profitability.
- Ensure that the work environment, employees and other stakeholders comply with the Company’s values, policies and procedures.
- Enforce compliance with statutory, corporate governance, regulatory and legal requirements.
