Education:Master's Degree / BBA (Hon) from a recognized national or foreign institution.
Experience:10+ years experience of Channels / Distribution establishment & management in a well-reputed organization (preferably FMCG Company).
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- To formulate channels strategies for different sales divisions in consultation of concerned departmental executives.
- To plan up-gradation of existing channels/ distributors and explore new avenues where needed.
- To appoint new distributors in all sales division after consultation with the concerned Divisional Head.
- To ensure distributors' stock level as per the set benchmark.
- To conclude effective and profitable distributors for different divisions and ensure strict compliance by vendors.
- To monitor the distributors' sales and their analysis / performance review
as per set SOPs / criteria.
- To ensure healthy business relationships with the distributors regarding implementation of company's policies / projects, maintaining sustained growth.
