One of our Clients is looking for Regional Manager Technical for the following roles.

Professional Qualification :
- At least Bachelor ‘s degree but  Preferable Master degree from reputable University in telecom  
 
Professional Experience :
- At least 7-10 years of working experience in Network Planning & Optimization, O&M and Deployment.  
 
Job Responsibilities
- Growth planning and performance analysis of wi-max network, perform regular upgrades and maintenance on operational environments.
 
- Provide disciplined performance management for team. Define and communicate annual goals, perform formal and informal performance review, ensure changes and updates.
 
- Plan the CAPEX budget for its Functional Area and work with finance for procurement of related items.
 
- Manage interaction with vendors and coordinate with other  region  for best practices.
 
- Responsible for operation of wi-max network to ensure network KPIs requirements.
 
- Coordinate implementation of wi-max network systems including site acquisition, installation,  configuration and commissioning.
 
- Negotiation skills for site rental and coordination with local agencies TMA, Cantt Board and DHAs etc.
 
- Co-ordination with CMOs for site sharing activities.
 
- Gen set fuelling and site power management.
 
- Co-ordination with commercial for Site relocation and CPE optimization actives.
 
- Manage local enterprise IT requirement.
 
- Follow-up for TT and bad CPEs activities.
 
- Mange RF activities in co-ordination with Head office.
 
- Manage the troubleshooting of major issues with site monitoring tools and upon restoration, follow up on root causes, manage and coordinate periodic maintenance as scheduled.
 
- Ensure third party vendors accomplish customer facing operational needs during customer life cycle, addressing and resolving issues.
Act as point of change control for slated production changes.
 
- Work with internal product, customer care, sales and regional technical teams to balance internal priority with customer expectations.
 
- Possess a combination of business, behavioral  and technical leadership skills, the most important being an understanding of the customers’ business needs, processes, and functions.
