Professional Qualification :
Master's Degree in Health Sciences or Health Management	            	            Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, SAS or SPSS statistical analysis, Qualitative Data Coding Software e.g. NVIVO. 
 
 
Professional Experience :
 Minimum of three (3) years experience in Clinical Research Process & Scientific Methods or in a related field.  
 
Job Responsibilities
- Identifies or designs appropriate instrumentation (e.g., surveys, knowledge assessments, 
interviews and observation protocols) for responding to research and evaluation questions.
 
- Collects and reviews quantitative and qualitative data using appropriate techniques to ensure 
timeliness, reliability and validity.
 
- Conducts quantitative data analyses, through the use of descriptive statistics as well as more 
advanced statistical modeling or qualitative analyses, as appropriate. 
 
- Oversees the development and implementation of a comprehensive strategic research plan to 
ensure policies and technology systems are of the highest quality. 
 
- Initiates policy and process design of research reports to meet a variety of needs and acts as a 
subject matter expert in data analysis and interpretation. 
 
- Creates and implements work plans and provides input on analysis and systems development.
 
- Analyzes internal and external data and performs a wide range of reports. 
 
- Participates with research teams in the execution of high-quality, multi-level, multi-method 
research and evaluations. 
 
- Assists and participates in preparation of research schedules, and manages research activities, including, but not limited to, interviews, focus groups and survey administration.
  
- Attends meeting and contributes to research publications or presentations as appropriate. 
 
- Reviews written summaries of the research work as required. 
 
- Evaluates preliminary data using standard research techniques. 
 
- Performs other job related duties as required.
