Professional Qualification / Experience:
Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering from reputable University
ExperienceMinimum of 8-14 years
Job Responsibilities
- Provide Engineering support for all aspects of machinery monitoring.
- Vibration analysis, troubleshooting, repair, starts-up, preventative maintenance, and operator training.
- Provide important technical machinery support to the field in order to allow the Reliability Engineers to concentrate on long term improvements.
- Working closely with all members of the project team including piping, instrument, electrical, process, and structural designers, purchasing personnel, and project managers to meet project requirements for rotating equipment.
- Generating requisitions for various types of rotating equipment such as hot centrifugal fans and blowers, pumps, and compressors.
- Technically evaluating bids and participating in the supplier selection process.
- Ensure all of the plant rotating machinery is operating safely and reliably on day-to-day basis.
