Professional Qualification: B.E in Textile Engineering or Equivalent/MBA

Professional Experience: : 7 to 9 years of experience related to System and Compliance

Skill: : Should be proficient in excel, numbers and with very good analytical Skills

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• To establish, implement & maintain the Quality Management and Social Accountability System base on local and international laws and ISO-9001: 2000 requirements, Assessment on the appropriateness of the audit plans.
• To conduct Social Audit, Environmental and Quality with 2nd & 3rd party Auditor.
• To coordinate with certification agencies, Buyers representatives and other related personnel for Quality, Social and Product Audits / Evaluation for Group.
• To provide feedback to management in devising policies and procedures and any need for improvement.
• To incorporate changes of laws and regulations in procedures and to distribute them to all concern personnel.
• To communicate and provide training of all relevant employees about company policies which relates with the Social and Quality Compliance and company Code of Conducts.
• To provide assistance and guidance to personnel in implementing the above mentioned policies and relative procedures.
• To coordinate and deal with deferent external agencies, consultants and certification bodies.
• To perform internal compliance investigations and audits throughout the organization, including compliance detailed reports with recommendations to the Top Management.
• To promoting awareness of customer requirements and general safety throughout the organization.
