Professional Experience: Minimum 5 years
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Responsible to attend all incoming questions from call center executives.
 
- Responsible to inbound and outbound performance.
 
- Responsible to inform staff on all new services and procedures.
 
- Keep a good coordination in the team, organize and follow up their activities.
 
- Report to the Call Center specialist on daily basis.
 
- Responsible to issue daily and monthly reports of the team.
 
- Responsible to monitor team performance.
 - Responsible to contact customers to respond to inq
 uiries/complaints or to notify them of claim investigation results and any adjustments.
