Education: MBA (Sales & Marketing) or equivalent.
Experience: At least 10-12 years working experience in relevant field.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
- Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
- Identify and meet sales opportunities.
- Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders in Sales business.
- Team management - coach and train the team in-line with company and HR objectives,
Carry-out regular development conversations and performance reviews.
- Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
- Directs product research and development.
- Performs other related duties as required.
