Education:Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:5-6 years of relevant experience in a high production environment.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- To assist CE to ensure smooth operation of all production lines by conducting preventive maintenance on off days.
- To assist CE in execution of different projects to enhance performance and efficiency of machinery.
- Records breakdown of equipments and the repairs conducted.
- Works as in-charge of technical function during his shift.
- Organizes technical staff under him to ensure duties are performed efficiently.
- Plan, organize and conduct maintenance of machinery as per schedule/ instructions.
- To ensure tools issued to technical staff is available with them and in good state.
- Responsible to check & confirm satisfactory work done by technical staff.
- Based on Energy consumption conduct cost analysis per kg (of biscuits) on monthly basis.
- To prepare action plan to meet environmental objectives and other management objectives.
- To train employees as needed.
- To formulate and implement program for elimination of hazards and control of risk.
