Professional Experience: Total 8 years (04 years at a Managerial Position) (Packaging Related experience will be preferred)

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Having experience in packaging or similar fields.
• Managing the Sales department and managing sales policies, practices and procedures.
• Analyzing competitor’s product, prices, sales related activities.
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
• Dealing with some major customer accounts himself.
• Developing effective sales plans utilizing sales methodology.
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
• Reaching the targets and goals set for the sales segments.
• Visiting clients with strong follow-ups.

 

• Skills:
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills (Both Verbal & Written).
• Making new contacts and Strengthening Client Relationships.
• Client Acquisition and Selling Skills.
• Sales Growth Analysis, Sales Planning and Sales Process Development•
