Education:Internationally recognized university education in science or Engineering (MSc. or higher)
Experience::5-10 years of experience in E&P technology or in Research and Development projects.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and support within one or more multidisciplinary teams with the target to mature existing and initiate new Research and Development projects.
- Actively liaise with Wintershall’s EOR laboratory and Operating Companies, as well as BASF R&D departments on these projects.
- Drive the implementation of EOR pilot.
- Represent the company in Joint Industry Projects involving EOR technology.
- Represent the company in Technical Committee Meetings when required.
- Excellent presentation skills, effective communicator, developed mentoring capabilities.
- Capable of multitasking, able to work under time pressure and stress.
- Prepared to travel abroad and also work temporarily in different environments and countries.
- Advanced skills in project management.
- Fluent English, written and spoken.
