Education:Should be at least a diploma in Mechanical.
Experience:with 8-10 years track record of handling Heavy commercial vehicles carrying trailers on the road.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Should know mechanical and electrical principles to resolve engineering problems for company transport fleet of Prime Movers and Trailers.
- He will be responsible to supervise or replace components that are subject to wear, such as brake parts, steering and suspension components, tires and exhaust system pieces.
- He will be responsible to help diagnose for onward repair brake, steering and suspension problems.
- Check the operation of the fuel to diagnose and repair problems or heavy fuel consumption.
- He must have good analytical skills to diagnose problems and make decisions about the most suitable repairs.
- He must be competent at using servicing and maintenance tools and equipment, and be familiar with the different categories of lubricants and service parts.
