Professional Experience: : Brand management, B2B/ retail sales, distribution channel management 
Including 8 years onpai a leadership position of marketing/ business development of an FMCG company or a leading national company.
Skills: They should have the capacity and competencies to lead and guide a multidisciplinary team with expertise in sales force management, customer services and product development
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Building a strong relationship with customers, sales teams, channel partners, etc.
 
- Conducting research and market surveys, trend analysis and benchmarking studies to assess the needs of the consumer and channel partners.
 
- Developing forecasts and market estimations.
 
- Keeping abreast of regulatory requirements affecting the industry.
 
- Defining the criteria for market segmentation i.e. family size, income levels, education, etc.
 
- Working closely with the sales teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for sustainable business growth.
 
- Developing value propositions for new segments, applications, products and services, distributor and consumer loyalty schemes.
 
- Implementing brand building and marketing campaigns for channel partners and consumers.
 
- Working with media agencies, production houses and vendors to develop artworks, campaigns and promotional material.
 
- Providing inputs for business plans and budget development.
 
- Coaching the sales team, preparing support documents for sales staff (brochures, videos, flyers etc).
 
- Conducting training sessions for sales teams.
