Professional Qualification: MBA - Marketing (IBA & LUMS Preferred)
Professional Experience: Over 6 to 8 years (Experience in Trade Selling would be added advantage for the incumbent.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets in the form of sales KPIs.
- Manager GP & PPGI Sales in south region for both commercial & industrial segments.
- Business development in B2B & B2C segments.
- Close contact with Govt., Semi Govt & Private organizations for Business development.
- Endorse & enhance team efficiency, effectiveness & professionalism.
- Manage Sales from order to payment.
- To ensure smooth supplies carry out necessary engagements with other departments to ensure best possible customer services.
- Provide demand forecasts for my area and ensure accuracy.
- Carry out market surveys and analysis as and when required.
- Face time in commercial market with customer/relationship building.
- Commercial market visit at least 10 day/month.
- Relationship building with key decision maker of all customers.
- Acquire market intelligence through customer meetings.
- Grow business in B2B segments of GP & PPGI by further segmenting the market in following segment (Pre-Engineered Buildings, Light Gauge Steel Structure, Home Appliances, Expended Metal Products, False ceiling & over Hangings, Pre Galvanized pipes).
