Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• To develop and execute strategies that are intended to create and uphold a positive public image for clients.
• Generate new business opportunities for the agency.
• Train and manage professionals in areas of content development, media relations, reporting etc. This may include assigning activities and accounts, as well as approving and reviewing their work.
• In addition to supervising account managers and staff, Head of PR is supposed to manage agency's goals and strategies.
• Oversee crisis operations and work to repair a client's damaged reputation after negative incidents have occurred.
• Exposure to telecom sector would be an added advantage.
