Professional Qualification: Minimum Bachelors                       
Professional Experience: At least 2-5 years of relevant experience
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Travelling arrangements of staff, Company Meeting arrangements(Lunch/Refreshment).
 
- Coordination for company Vehicles delivery.
 
- To maintain Leave Records and checking attendance on daily basis.
 
- Opening New Employees Bank Accounts.
 
- To ensure attendance, punctuality and discipline of self-support staff.
 
- Maintenance of high standards of cleanliness and hygiene through housekeeping staff.
 
- Management procurement and handling of office supplies (stationary, kitchen and cleaning items), printing materials office consumables
 
- To ensure smooth reception activities mails courier services, visitors, etc.
 
- Coordinate and liaise with local authorities, institutions and other businesses in the vicinity.
 
- To arrange and supervise shifting of premise/offices, company assets etc.
 
- Assist in scheduling the recruitment and interview process at respective location as well as Orientation of new employees.
 
- Serve as departmental resource on human resource policies, and processes; interpret and apply HR policies and procedures.
 
- Assess and anticipate HR-related needs.
 
- Assists in the exit interview process.
 
- Assists in organizational training and development efforts.
