Professional Experience: : At least 5 years of Experience
 
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Managing outlets in terms of through put, orders, supplies, sales maintenance and legal.
 
- Devising sales plan and make changes time to time as per demand and supply condition.
 
- Coordination with operation/finance for timely orders execution.
 
- Monitor lubricants sales and participation in lubricant promotion activities.
 
- Keep on eye competitor’s activities and market intelligence in the assigned territory.
 
- Liaison with NFR personals for maintained and smooth operation on retail outlets.
 
- Periodical inspections of Retail outlets on regular basis.
 
- Reconciliation of stocks/sales/product uplifting of retail outlets.
 
- Liaison with outlets administrators for sales supplies and due recoveries.
 
- Liaison with engineering department for timely maintenance of Equip and Signage.
 
- Timely recovery of CNG franchise fee.
 
- Education & Monitoring dealers/pump staff for HSE, Safety & forecourt procedures.
 
- Development of New Retail outlets on potential location & effective dealer’s network.
 
- Site survey & layout preparation for preparation of new retail outlet proposal.
 
- Coordination with signage and equipment suppliers/vendors for timely installation of equipment signage on NROs.
