Position Title: Head of Security

Education: Candidate should possess minimum a Bachelors degree with specialized Security certifications/ trainings.

Experience: At least 15 years experience of managing security operations, including a Minimum of 5 years as Head of the Security Department in a large Organization with multiple installations across the Country. The position Requires an energetic, creative and physically fit person possessing Exceptional leadership skills.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Heading the Security function of the Company, managing security operations and security staff at all Company locations.
• Evaluating security risk, strategizing, preparing and implementing security plans.
• Taking all possible measures for protection of Company assets and personnel.
• Control of product theft and tampering with oil pipelines through deterrence, proper surveillance, etc.
• Compliance with Company requirements and Company regulations.
• Liaising with government law enforcement agencies to manage and maintain security of sensitive installations.
• Arranging security services from service providers and overseeing their performance.
• Monitoring and improving the performance of security staff.
• Contributing to all security related investigation cases.
• Managing and controlling security costs.
