Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Procurement of Polyester Chips/Imported Chemicals/Packaging materials at the most competitive rates and in accordance with agreed delivery schedules.
• Introduction of alternate source of supplies to reduce the cost base.
• Coordinate the procurement planning process with Sale/Operations, Finance, Banks, Shipping and clearing agents for on time availability of the material, as per customer’s requirement.
• Coordination with haulers for on time delivery of Raw Materials and Coal.
• Collection and preparation of price intelligence reports and analysis of data.
• Preparation of budget and other monthly inputs.
Coordination with team for internal and external audits.
