Position Title: Manager HSE

Position Based In: Muzaffargarh(Punjab) - Pakistan 

Employer / Client’s Detail: Leading Petroleum Company

Gender: Male

Age Limit: Should not exceed 50 years

Education: Candidates possessing an Engineering degree, preferably in Chemical Discipline with professional certification in HSE, Occupational Health Management, HAZOP and IMS.

Experience: Candidates should possess about 20 years of experience in chemical, oil and gas or fertilizer industry with at least 5 years as Head of HSE in a large organization preferably with multiple locations. Experience of implementing and enforcing IMS, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, NEQs, HSE Best Practices, HAZOP is essential.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Managing the Corporate HSE function of the Company.
• Promoting and ensuring compliance with all relevant HSE and IMS regulations, policies and standards at all locations of the Company nationwide.
• Institutionalization of HSE best practices.
• Review and update Emergency Response Plans, Business Continuity Plans and Process Safety Procedures.
• Conduct HSE audits, risk assessments and incident investigations. Implement and monitor Incident Reporting Systems.
• Develop training programs and provide training to employees on HSE and IMS.
• Proactively review and make improvements in operations, practices, SOPs, etc.
• Liaise with contractors to ensure their compliance with Company Safety Regulations and Standards.
