• Timely compiling service records.
• Optimum technical support to sales & service.
• Updating all technical literature.
• Optimum Inventory available for consumables & optimum utilization of resources.
• H.S.E. Compliance & Compliance to company procedures.
• Record keeping of scrap material.
• Oracle System
• Improve Rental Process & Improve Documentation.
• Customer Survey, Customer Complaints & Improving relation with customer.
• Timely preparation of budget & outlook.
• Extra invoicing as % of Contractual sale.
• Cost Control for transportation.
• Cost Control for service parts.
