Position Title: Export Manager

Position Based In: Karachi - Pakistan

Education: BBA or MBA

Experience: At least 8 to 10 Years, Export planning/Documentation, Coordinate with Godown, mill & all staff

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• To responsible supervise for all Documentation against Import & Export of Rice, Maize, Sugar OR any other items which company importing/exporting to their customers on L/C/Contract basis as per export orders terms & conditions provided by the buyer.
• To keep follow-up for LC’s /Contracts draft approval as per general terms & conditions of exports/import and to secure general clauses/payment terms etc.
• To responsible for all related work for BANK against export of commodities.
• To coordinate with BANK, SHIPPING COMPANIES, CLEARING AGNET, TRANSPORTER, INSPECTION COMPANIES, FUMIGATION SERVICE PROVIDOR in-order to smooth work of operation & exports without any delay. Follow up with shipping line to avoid any shutout cargo.
• To arrange best freight rates against import/export orders from Shipping Companies, Freight Forwarders etc.
• (To mentioned negotiation details with at least 3 service providers & should be mentioned in confirmation email to Directors, Accounts & GM.)
• To responsible to do planning with operation department regarding arrangement of inspection, results of inspections and upto loading of containers & timely shipments.
