Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• The incumbent will be required to oversee the Marketing Function, plan and initiate brand development activities, undertake new product launches and achieve agreed market share and P&L targets.
• Leading the team of brand Managers and other external and internal partners / stakeholders.
• Candidate should have a solid understanding of the media, market and consumer landscape in Pakistan and work closely with the Head of Sales to prepare the year on year Brand development plans.
