Position Title: HSE Officer

Position Based In: Karachi - Pakistan 

Employer / Client’s Detail: Leading Steel Manufacturing Company

Gender: Male

Education: B. Tech/ Diploma, NEBOSH (IGC) and OHSAS 18001, ISO9001 Certification will be an added advantage

Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Maintaining proper records of HSE related activities.
• Producing risk assessments.
• Preparing reports by collecting analyzing, and summarizing regulatory and compliance data and trends.
• Making regular site inspection. Ensure all operation (crane operation, etc) are performed as per safety standards.
• Demonstrating techniques for improving hazard perception.
• Induction of workers, new employees and give orientation on Safety.
• Ensure Fire-Fighting preparedness of the Company facilities against NFPA and API Codes.
• Ensure implementation of emergency response and incident reporting system.
• Ensure contractor HSE management as per company standards.
• Keep abreast with current and emerging technical and professional HSE practices, and provide relevant HSE advisory when required.
