Position Title: Assistant/Deputy Manager Production Planning

Position Based In: Karachi - Pakistan

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Responsible for execution of MRP on monthly basis as per supply schedule received from company.
• Create, monitor and adjust production plans for individual shops according availability of raw material & resources.
• Daily review of actual production against the production plan send & monitors orders, in coordination with commercial department, for imported components to overseas vendors along with 2 months forecast.
• Monitoring of supply compliance & subcontracted operations of local vendor as per the production plan.
• Plan dispatches of raw material plant accounting for lead time and inventory levels.
• Oversee daily movement of raw material from off-site store to factory store.
• Administer & coordinate in physical stock inventory count according to oracle on monthly basis.
• Implemented safety stocks of raw materials considering the risk, consumption & criticality of each material.
• Responsible for creating and editing BOMs in oracle as per requirement.
• Manpower requirement planning for individual shops as well as new projects.
• Troubleshooting in case of unexpected issues.
