Age Limit: Maximum 45 years

Required Skills: Knowledge of the current regulatory laws and solid background of handling legal affairs of a company. • Keen Problem solver with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills, firm but flexible, speedy but patient, good listener and humble. • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and word for presentations and data analysis. • Mature individual with ability to deal with top management as well as senior Government representatives.

Job Responsibilities:

• To plan, coordinate and conduct all activities of the legal department.
• To ensure that company is in compliance with pertinent national and international laws and regulations.
• To formulate/acquire legal opinions and render value added advice to the management with preferable options.
• To handle legal and litigation matters of national and international regulatory affairs with various Government agencies.
• To Vet/review internal agreements/contracts and handle matters pertaining to intellectual property rights, trademark, patent and design etc.
• To deploy and regulate market surveillance and counterfeit operations in coordination with relevant government departments and law enforcement agencies.
