Job Responsibilities:

• Working on strategies to optimize all trade and channel spends as well as ensuring smooth flow of distributor operations.
• Overall responsibility is to plan, review, monitor, analyze and evaluate trade and marketing spends (Discounts, merchandising, activation and brand spends) of all businesses of the company (Dairy, Ice and others).
• Financial advisory to trade and marketing team on the consumption of allocated budget.
• Ownership of business forecast and pre and post evaluation of trade and marketing campaign to ensure effectiveness of spends.
• Designing & documenting processes, system flows and upgradation for all the discount rebates.
