Education: Master's Degree / BBA (Hon) from a recognized national or foreign institution

Experience: 7+ years experience of General Trade, channel development

Age Limit: 30-40 years

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Plan growth for General Trade channel.
• New segments and develops strategies to tap untapped segment.
• Channel Strategy development, Build and develop strong business relationship with new & existing channels.
• Sales Forecasting of GT.
• Enhancement of distributor’s capability.
• Development/ enhancement of sales system.
• Develop, and inspire the Field Sales Team and identify training needs.
• Ensure that core distribution, coverage and visibility objectives are met in his/her respective area/channel.
• Develop, negotiate, implement and monitor Customer/Channel Business Plans in alignment with Business Objectives.
