Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• All HR based activities within the organization from both operational and strategic function.
• Lead, Design and implement solutions towards optimizing organizational performance and effectiveness.
• Oversee the administration of all HR related matters such as reward and recognition, performance management, recruitment training and development etc, resulting in operational efficiency.
• Designing and implementation of technology based HR processes.
• Ensure industrial peace and compliance with statutory, labour, social and legal requirements.
• Engage consultants, conduct surveys on compensation, organizational climate, HR processes and practices, making continuous improvements.
• Manage HR strategies for Compensation, Design and Right Sizing and Employee Relations which are aligned with corporate goals.
