Education: MBA / BBA / BSc. Hons (IBA & LUMS Preferred)
Experience: 4+ years of experience in a similar industry or Automobiles, FMCG, Manufacturing etc
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Sales and marketing company products.
- To achieve assigned sales target (product wise target to be achieved as well).
- Relationship building with key customers and stake holders.
- Getting company approved & pre-qualified in different industries/customers.
- Ensuring compliance of all company policies and procedures.
- Ensuring of market mapping on continuous basis.
- To coach and train team members.
- Product development, forecasting and business planning.
- Market research and expansion of customer basis.
- Keeping a close contact with Govt. Department for different approvals & business development.
- Follow up on tenders(if any) from tender till the delivery of products.
- Carry out market surveys as and when required.
