Position Title: Regional HSSE Advisor(North)

Professional Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E), NEBOSH (IGC), OHSAS 18001 and ISO9001 Certification will be an added advantage

Professional Experience: At least 7 years of relevant experience

Age Limit: At least 35-45 years

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct HSSE Audits, Inspections, Risk assessments and Compliance status monitoring of facilities.
• Provide regular Training & Awareness to company staff as per the HSSE training module.
• Ensure compliance and reporting with legal requirements.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor HSSE performance and prepare compliance report.
• Conduct accident & incident investigation and prepare investigation report.
• Ensure Fire-Fighting preparedness of facilities against NFPA and API Codes.
• Ensure implementation of emergency response and incident reporting system.
• Coordination with all stakeholders on HSSE issues.
• Develop and update HSE policies and procedures as per requirements.
• Ensure contractor HSE management as per company standards.
• Monitor annual HSSE targets and action plan in coordination with Manager HSSE and prepare status update report on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Advise Manager HSSE on optimum budget utilization.
• Conduct Accident & Incident Investigation whenever required.
• Keep abreast with current and emerging technical and professional HSSE practices, and provide relevant HSSE advisory when required.
• Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports to Manager HSSE on HSSE matters, issues, status and progress on initiatives.
