Professional Qualification: LLB from recognized institution
Professional Experience: 8+ years Post Qualification experience in corporate sector with at Least 2 years heading the function.Should have overall experience of corporate, litigation, civil, and Criminal law with an established commercial organization.
Age Limit: At least 30-40 years
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice / guidance / support to the organization.
- Protect and defend company's interests.
- Establish corporate governance compliance.
- Ensure compliance with law for all transactions.
- Advise the management on legal rights, duties and obligations.
