Professional Qualification: Bachelors in Architecture, Master planning, Town planning, Urban Development or similar.
Professional Experience: Overall 20 years + with at least 5 years in similar role with GCC or internationally based Real Estate Developer.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Property Developer or Consultant with hands on developing high-rise and mix-used master-planned communities.
- Experience of both vertical and horizontal real estate development will be advantage focusing high rise, residential villas, malls, offices, hotels, clubs and recreational developments.
- Understanding of diversified lifestyle and multi culture related to designing built properties is mandatory.
- Fully conversant with Property Life Cycle (Design, Build, Sales, Maintain).
