Professional Experience: Over 10-12 years in relevant field with 5+ years as Head of IT Dept. Project management skills. Must be good at complaints handling through in depth investigations with clear corrective measures.
Age Limit: At least 35 to 45 Years
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct and control the operations of information systems/IT objectives in line with organization’s objectives.
- Define, implement standards and policies for IT Systems development, deployment, operations, data & network security, maintenance, monitoring, control, future growth, disaster recovery and business continuity.
- Selection of technology, best industrial solutions, contract negotiations for outsourcing, services & SLAs, procurement of equipment and software. gathering and future expectations for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
- Departmental presentations, reports and micro management of ongoing projects.
- Monitor, evaluate overall IT operations, computing/information technology functions and implement enhancements.
- Ensure compliance of Microsoft and other software inventory.
