      One of our Clients is looking for Quality Management Specialist I for the following roles.

      Education: University degree (Engineering, Food Technology or Economics is referred) Excellent understanding of CI process in terms of Operations context.

      Experience: 9 - 11 years (Manufacturing, Engineering or Food Technology is preferred) Successful experience in managing Operations projects in any of its functions e.g. Manufacturing, Conversion and Supply Chain.

       

      Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

      • Develop a plan to roll out the CIP Concept for entire Plant and provide co-ordination for the process (facilitating, tracking progress, monitoring, communication, recognition).
      • Lead and co-ordinate the process of establishment Continuous Improvement culture at the Plant with focus of generating effective productivity increase initiatives. Provide clear understanding of the requirements for the CIP- process / culture (e.g. organization, TPM, behaviors / attitude and culture) by regular coaching and training employees.
      • Facilitate management team to identify and develop annual improvement plans consistent with and in support of the strategic plan and business operating plan, while involving in the change process all required employees and functions, including Line teams, Supervisors and Managers.
      • Provide input and organize periodic Performance Review meetings of teams with plant management to report on CIP-status and to define next steps in order to raise the performance bar and to drive towards CIP plant culture.
      • Resolve implementation issues, creating and managing implementation communication processes, and ensuring consistency of implemented processes and programs throughout facility.
      • Organize or run events required (e.g. teambuilding events, technical training, brainstorming sessions, QCDSM and TPM programs, etc.) in co-operation with HR function to implement expected changes in activities and behavior and increase awareness of existing tools and processes.
      • Develop training materials and effectively deliver those materials in a team environment to ensure employees throughout the facility are trained in CI concepts and philosophy.
      • Track and report progress in productivity generated by Continuous Improvement team initiatives.
      • Incorporates CBL’s vision and values into day-to-day activities and behaviors; guides and motivates others to remain committed to the CBL philosophy. Follow up and audit event progress to ensure results are achieved and sustained.
      • Manage and take a lead role in promoting and improving quality processes, expectations, and results.
