One of our Clients is looking for Quality Manager for the following roles.
Position Title: Quality Manager
Position Based In: Saudi Arabia
Employer / Client’s Detail: Leading Insurance Company
Gender: Male
Education: Bachelor degree in engineering and/or an MBA in quality management or related Discipline.
Experience: Minimum 5 years work experience in similar role in financial services Or manufacturing industry with at least 3 years experience in quality management And audit systems.
Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Promote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the business.
- Develop and implement quality management strategy and plans that is integrated with Bupa plans and strategy.
- Develop and maintain processes and procedures to establish Quality standards and to measure performance against agreed targets.
- Monitor performance of agreed targets and ensure they are met.
- Collate and analyze performance data and charts and issue corrective action plan in case of deviation.
- Identify relevant quality/process related training needs and organizing/delivering them.
- Ensure that regulators requirement is integrated within the quality management system.
- Develop and maintain Operations processes, policies, controls and procedures.
- Issue quality related technical and management reports.
- Lead the process of bringing together staff and customers of different disciplines to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures and improvement process across Operations.
- Assessing and auditing of PSO (people, systems and people) within Operations.
- Establish service standards for Customer service team Conduct Focus improvement circles.
