One of our Clients is looking for Quantity Surveyor for the following roles.
Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
Position Based In: Saudi Arabia - Riyadh

Professional Qualification / Experience: R.I.C.S Preferred
- Experience requirement: Minimum 10 years experience in producing BOQs for multi engineering disciplines and to include in using F.l.D.C./Corps of Engineers/Saudi Business Law. I.C.E. and J.C.I. methods of measurement.
Additional Qualification: Quantity Surveyor
- English Language must be level I-E
- Arabic Language Skills: Beneficial
- Computer Skills: Expert in Computer proficiency with 2D-CAD knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Establish a computer data base system for Quantity Surveying and costs estimates.
- Preparation and production of B.O.Q’s, general requirements and standard preambles for all ESHA projects.
- Liaison with Design Engineers, Facilities Engineers, Construction Foremen on site survey where required.
- Produce and submit cost estimates and cost analysis for ESHA projects.
- Carries out all re-measurements works necessary to ensure completion of all constructions works in accordance to original bill of quantities for ESHA projects Works in compliance with quality assurance program.
- Acts as the Person Technically Responsible (PTR) when designated. for an approved subcontracted project.
- Performs other duties as directed or assigned.
