Professional Qualification / Experience:

• MBA or equivalent Degree from reputable University.
• Minimum 8-10 years experience in selling of an international or local property, real estate or equity investment market (preferable having knowledge of ERP, MIS & reporting systems).

Responsibilities:

• Visit potential customers for new business.
• Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
• Dealing with customer enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email.
• Contacting prospective customers and discussing their requirements.
• Gathering market and customer information.
• Developing & maintaining successful business relationships with all prospects.
• Identifying what customers want.
• Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
