Position Title:Head of Marketing

Professional Qualification / Experience:

• Master ‘s Degree or equivalent.
• At least 10-12 years working experience in relevant field.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor threats and opportunities and amend actions where necessary, to ensure brand/Sales development
• Developing the marketing strategy for new and existing products.
• Ensure that the Organization regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity. Monitor trends.
• Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets.
• Develops, manages and implements creative, effective and successful annual marketing plans for the stores along with the chain marketing strategy and annual market plan and budget.
• Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
• Developing and delivering marketing and communications strategies for the organization.
• Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
• Marketing plans should include – Advertising, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, Product Development, Pricing & Distribution.
• Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
• Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends.
• Keep effective control of budgets.
• Ensuring that the marketing objectives are implemented by the marketing team.
