Education:Qualified Engineering Graduate or a Masters in Food Sciences or Chemistry and should preferably hold an MBA degree as well.

Experience:Minimum 10 years of experience in the roles and responsibilities as given above.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Based at Head office in Faisalabad and report to Director Business Development & Specialty, it is a senior level position and a team of both technical and commercial people shall report into this role.
• It is a techno commercial role, where the incumbents should have a strong technical background and experience with exceptional exposure and knowledge to common processes, ingredient functionality, ingredient interactions and recipe development in multifaceted industries, primarily foods but also industrial (Paper & Corrugation, Textile, Chemicals etc).
• He/She should also be commercially astute to understand and develop market scoping, identify and scale potential opportunities through a structured approach and create value better for the customers and the business.
• The person should also have an aptitude and a proven track record of delivering innovation, new product/application development and driving projects commercially or technically to deliver technological and commercial breakthroughs in his/her field.
