Position Title:Laboratory Quality Control Manager - KSA

Position Based In:Madina - KSA

Gender: Male

Education:Bachelor’s degree Chemistry (or) Chemical Engineering.

Experience:Minimum 6 years’ experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in a cement manufacturing environment.

Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:

• Direct supervision of employees and activities in the Quality Control Department in the performance of plant lab testing and analysis.
• Maintains production and material inventory records including consultation of ordering of raw materials, and coordination of material deliveries.
• Ensure established QC targets are met to ensure a high quality, consistent product is produced.
• Provides training and support to lab personnel in the performance of their duties.
• Conducts safety meetings as required.
• Keeps quality control records up to date. Chart QC data quarterly.
• Distributes appropriate information to plant and sales/marketing personnel in a timely manner.
• Provides positive work environment for staff to maximize their personal and organizational potential.
• Participates in monthly physical inventory of all raw materials Learn all phases of Plant operation and fill in as needed.
• Perform various administrative tasks as required.
• Prior supervisory experience a plus. Must have demonstrated leadership and motivation.
