Job Descriptions / Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting the sales strategy to achieve organization's sales target.
- Responsible for setting the sales & marketing strategy, aligning principals and partners,
establishing viable solution portfolios, developing sales forecast and product pricing.
- Responsible for overall management of sales and marketing plan and sales pipeline.
- Manage consistent credible forecast by quarter for accounts and territories and provide key
sales indicators, expansion strategy and revenue vs. profitability forecast on a regular basis
to Sr. Management.
- Assist in closing sales.
- Serve as management contact to and a key senior management interface for accounts and
territories.
- Be able to personally conduct a services portfolio discussions and solutions portfolio
Presentations as offered by IT Minds.
- Manage the enterprise sales function with a cross industry focus.
- Work with product development team to develop new products.
- Analyze competitive product offering in terms of features and benefits as well as price points.
- Develop business and functional requirements for products.
